After spinal surgery in 2017 it took a few years to be physically and mentally prepared to go to the gym and get back to my previous fitness. Amy was brilliant.

Amy is a great PT. She is thorough, explains and demonstrates each move and workout. As a middle aged menopausal woman, Amy took time to understand my needs. I felt comfortable with the program she developed for me and always encouraged and pushed me at each session. I would recommend Amy as a PT, she is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very kind.
